What’s Up for Halloween

posted in: Home Page News | 0

Glen Orchard will be celebrating Halloween on Wednesday October 31st with pumpkin carving and a parade.  Please send your child’s costume to school in a bag with all parts labelled with your child’s name so that we can get everything home for the big night!  Please do NOT wear your costume to school. We will help children get ready in the afternoon.  This helps avoid food spills and incidents at recess that could affect the costume.

Pumpkin carving with take place during second block as a whole school.  If you have any child friendly carving tools to send, please put your name on them and send them in your child’s agenda.

We recommend saving sweet treats as snacks for home.  Should you choose to send a treat to school, it is so important to read the label to ensure that it is NUT FREE and PEANUT FREE.

If you would like to join the fun please come to see the parade which will start about 2:00p.m.

Have a spooky Halloween!
